Welcome to Casa Cubuy, the Jungle Getaway!

Updated: Oct 7

A bed and breakfast nestled in the heart of the rainforest with breathtaking views is enough to get most people to take a vacation from their 9-5. Come experience true deep relaxation with the soothing sounds of waterfalls and the coqui to help you sleep at night. After the COVID closure from March of 2020-April 2021, Casa Cubuy Ecolodge and Sierra Palm are officially reopened!

Casa Cubuy ecolodge has two properties: the main guesthouse and Sierra Palms. Sierra Palms is located about a 1/2 km down the road. At SP, guests have access to a communal kitchen, private bathrooms with hot water, and balconies with breathtaking views all around. Come visit today!

Casa Cubuy guests do not have access to a kitchen, but breakfast is included in the nightly rate. Guests at Sierra Palms can dine at the main ecolodge pictured above for an additional $10. Please inform Matthew or Marianne if you plan to do so the night before!

Follow us on our social media links! We can be found on instagram @casacubuyecolodge or on Facebook under "Casa Cubuy Ecolodge". We are located in the city of Naguabo, on the mountainside a mile or two down the road from one of the national El Yunque Rainforest accessways on Carr. 191. Unfortunately, during a landslide the main highway 191 through the forest was covered. Since then, the road has not been cleared by the state forest department. This has left us in a very secluded area that has very little traffic and offers guests some much needed privacy due to this landslide and subsequent highway closure.
