Adventures Inn is located 3 blocks from the ocean and beach on the north shore of Vieques in the Monte Santo area, two miles west of the main town of Isabel Segunda, halfway between the ferry dock and the airport, in a semi-rural area. The grocery store is 2 blocks away. Each room has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning, if you want to use it. There is fully equipped kitchen for the use of the upstairs rooms.

Guests enjoy the complimentary full breakfast.

After a long day at one of the many beaches you will relax on the second story balcony and enjoy the constant breeze. You can eat your dinner on the porch, in the dining room, have a barbecue in the garden or dine out at one of the many fine restaurants in Vieques. The downstairs lounge area has a large bookcase with many interesting books and pamphlets about Vieques and its' fascinating history and the various ecosystems you can see. A large geographic map of the island decorates the wall.

Most visitors to Vieques finds that renting a car is essential. We can reserve on for you. If you prefer not to rent a car we can help you get public transportation around the island.

• Starting May 1 we will only be renting the upstairs as a vacation rental apartment on a weekly or week-end basis only. 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 baths, living, dining and large porch $850. weekly. Week end (3 nights) $450. up to -6 persons.

Some of the activities that are available on the Island of Vieques:

• A variety of daytime kayak trips, ocean or mangrove lagoon, with or without a guide.

• Scuba dive trips on a motorboat to a reef that sees few visitors.

• Snorkeling trips , by boat or from the shore.

• Fishing from a 28' Bertram or a fisherman's motorboat or by kayak.

• Hikes to various secluded beaches.
