The Adventures Inn Hostel is conveniently located on the North side of Vieques and offers clean, cool, comfortable lodging for the budget minded traveler. Seven large airy rooms each have one bath with 2-3 beds. The hostel is a twenty minute walk (five minute drive) to Isabel Segunda. It is a ten minute hike to the ocean shore on the North side of the Island. Grocery store, health food store, gas station, and a few restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
Following the tradition of hostels everywhere, guests receive bed and kitchen privileges. The common areas include kitchen, dining, & living room on both levels. There is also an upstairs balcony and roof top as well as front and back yards. We offer two nightly rates. Rooms with only two beds, which provide more privacy, go for $30 per night per person and rooms with three beds go for $25 per night per person.
Adventures Inn is the only hostel on Vieques. There are many mid to upper range priced hotels on the island, but none that better serves the backpacking traveler's needs than Adventures Inn Hostel. To make reservations, please call Casa Cubuy Ecolodge at 787-874-6221.
Getting to adventures inn hostel & Vieques
Vieques is eight miles off the Eastern coast of Puerto Rico. The plane ride from Ceiba is ten minutes. You must make reservations a few days ahead of time with Vieques Air Link (888-901-9247). You can also take the ferry from Fajardo, which takes one hour and costs $2 for adults and $1 for seniors and children under twelve. Tickets for persons over 75 years old are free. Tickets are sold at the harbor on a first come, first served basis, so plan accordingly. During the busy season and on peak holidays, it is recommended to make the ferry trip on mid-week days or get to the dock very early in order to secure a place in line at the ticket window.

Once the ferry arrives at the Vieques docks, you will see a row of vans parked outside the main gates. These are the publicos that take passengers without vehicles to their destinations. The charge to take guests to Adventures Inn Hostel is $3 per person.
